Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Touch of Silver Jewelry! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or your experience with us, we are here to help.
Due to Coronavirus concerns and restrictions, we have temporarily shortened the return period for our merchandise. We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the purchase of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no scratches, damage to the item, etc). We also request that your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, and that the item has the original price tag attached to it.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
